This Beef & Egg Scramble is the kind of meal that shows up for you—quick, nourishing, and packed with the protein your body actually needs to build strength, boost energy, and support your cycle.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz grass-fed ground beef
  • 2 pasture-raised eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt and cracked black pepper
  • Optional: garlic powder, dried thyme, hot sauce, or red chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef: Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Cook for 4–5 minutes, until browned and cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
  2. Scramble the eggs: Push beef to one side of the pan. Crack eggs directly into the pan and stir to scramble. Once the eggs start to set, stir everything together for a well-combined beefy scramble. Cook another 1–2 minutes until eggs are fluffy and cooked through.
