This Shredded Chicken & Bone Broth Mash is the ultimate comfort-meets-strength combo. It’s a plate that hugs your nervous system while fueling your body with exactly what it needs to show up strong.

Ingredients

  • 5 oz. cooked, shredded chicken breast (or thigh for extra fat)
  • 1 cup white or gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • ½ cup bone broth (chicken or beef)
  • 1 tsp ghee or tallow
  • Sea salt + cracked black pepper
  • Optional: garlic powder, rosemary, or parsley for flavor

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes
  2. Add cubed potatoes to a pot of salted water and boil until fork-tender (10–12 minutes). Drain.
  3. Make the mash
  4. Add cooked potatoes back into the pot with bone broth and ghee. Mash until smooth and creamy, or leave a little texture if you like it rustic. Season to taste.
  5. Warm and season the chicken
  6. If using pre-cooked shredded chicken, warm in a skillet with a splash of broth or a bit of ghee. Season with salt, pepper, and optional herbs.
  7. Plate it up
  8. Spoon mashed potatoes into a bowl and top with shredded chicken. Drizzle with remaining broth or a touch more ghee.

Notes

Tips & Add-Ons:

  • Swap white potatoes for Japanese sweet potatoes or mashed cauliflower for variety
